The price
Build
from $10,000per month of build. We start with a free scoping call, then send a fixed written quote for the agreed scope before any work starts. Bigger builds take more months.
Priority support
from $1,000a month, rolling. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Monitoring, fixes, security updates and small changes, with priority replies. If you need set response times, we put them in your quote.
Equity
1%of your company, once. Ordinary shares, the same class as the founders', issued to The Bitcoin Corporation Ltd when the first month's work is delivered.
How the 1% works
- One-off: 1% in total, not 1% a month
- The shares are fully paid by the work we deliver. You don't pay cash for them
- Same class of ordinary shares as the founders hold
- No board seat, no anti-dilution rights, no clawback
- Recorded as a share issue in your own register of members, with your own lawyer
We receive shares in your company. We don't offer shares in ours.

Share a contract or minute in your room. Each director reads it and signs on their phone, and the signature is sealed on chain with a record anyone can check.

A private room on bChatX for your board, team or members, with its own key. Invite people by email; they sign in from their phone.
A wallet in your brand Live
Our branded wallet edition is included: your name, colours and logo, self-custody for every user.
Payments, tips and receipts Live
Take payments in BSV through bWalletX, with a receipt for each one that anyone can check.
