Coming from SimplyCash? Your coins can come home.
SimplyCash spreads your coins over many addresses. bWalletX walks all of them from your 12 words and moves what it finds into a bWalletX account in one sweep.
What you need
Your SimplyCash 12 words. If you saved SimplyCash’s recovery string instead (it looks like words:path:passphrase), paste the whole thing: bWalletX reads the path and passphrase out of it.
Steps in bWalletX
- Install bWalletX and open it.
- On the welcome screen choose Restore, then SimplyCash. bWalletX makes you a new wallet first: set a password.
- The sweep opens by itself. Paste your 12 words or recovery string.
- bWalletX scans and shows what it found. Check it, then tap Sweep. You get a link to each transaction.
Already have bWalletX? Open Settings › Account data › Sweep into this account and paste your words there.
What comes across
- BSV from every address, receive and change, up to 20 unused addresses past the last one used.
- 1Sat ordinals and BSV-21 tokens.
- Early SimplyCash wallets used an older way of making keys. bWalletX tries that too, so nothing is missed.
- Left where they are: names, BSV-20 tokens and locked coins. The sweep screen tells you how many it found.
Fees
A sweep moves coins in new transactions, so it pays the BSV network fee: a few sats. Nothing else. bWalletX doesn’t charge for restoring or sweeping.
Stay safe
- Only type your words inside the bWalletX app. Never into a website, a chat, a form, or for anyone offering to “recover” your wallet for you.
- bWalletX works out every key on your device. Your words are not sent anywhere.
- bWalletX is in beta: try a small amount first. The sweep screen offers a test sweep before the rest.
