BSV is a messaging protocol at heart. Every transaction can carry a message. So the conversation about BSV should live on BSV, in the same wallet that holds your coins and tokens.
Why
Twitter, Reddit and Telegram put every community in one room, and BSV threads there get buried or piled on. We still post there, because that is where new people are. Chat in your wallet
Chat is part of bWalletX. You don’t sign up anywhere else: your wallet is your account, and the people you talk to can pay you, and you them, in the same place. bChat is the full version, on the web and inside the wallet.

What Chat does
Each item is marked by what the code does today.
- LiveMessage boards. Open rooms in bChat: public or invite-only, anyone signed in can start one. The bChat feed also reads Twetch, Treechat, Fwetch and Peck posts in one place.
- LiveToken-gated rooms. Hold a BSV-21 token or 1Sat collection and its room appears in your Chat list. Sell it and the room goes. bChat checks the holding on every read and post. Not in bWallet, the App Store and Google Play edition.
- LivePrivate messages. Direct messages between wallets, with blocking and reporting.
- LiveVoice and video calls. One-to-one calls between friends. Either side can turn the camera on or off during a call.
- LiveTips. Tip the author of a post in BSV, paid to their own verified address.
- ComingOne-to-many video streams. Broadcast to a room. Not built yet.
- ComingPay per message. Rooms already have a price-per-message setting. Charging it is not switched on yet.
- ComingPay per second. Pay for a call or stream by the second while it runs.
- ComingPay with tokens. Pay for messages and calls in a token instead of BSV.
- ComingSet your price to be reached. Choose what strangers pay to message or call you. Friends stay free.
