Sign in with Gmail
Make a bWalletX wallet with your Gmail account and it comes with a verified name. People pay you at it, hold it as a token and use it to get into your chat room.
How to do it
- Get bWalletX on your phone or computer.
- Tap Create account, then Continue with Google.
- Pick your Gmail account on Google's own sign-in page.
- Back in bWalletX, your name and picture are filled in. Choose a password and save your 12-word recovery phrase.
- Claim
yourname.gmail@bwalletx.com. It's free.
Already have a wallet? Use Restore with your 12 words and Continue with Google to bring the same name back.
Your name
Your name comes from your Gmail address. Dots don't count and anything after a + is ignored, the same way Gmail treats them.

Only @gmail.com and @googlemail.com addresses get a .gmail name, because only Google can prove who owns them. Work or school Google accounts can still sign in, then pick an ordinary name.
What you get
A verified paymail
People send you BSV, tokens and messages at yourname.gmail@bwalletx.com. It's marked verified, and nobody else can claim it.
Your own token and room
Turn the name into $YOURNAME.GMAIL, a BSV-21 token with your Google picture as its icon. Hold the token, join your room.
Your picture
Your Google profile picture becomes your wallet's picture, so friends recognise you in chats, calls and payments.
What Google shares
bWalletX asks Google for three things only: your email address, your name and your profile picture. It never sees your Google password and can't read your email, contacts or files. Your wallet's keys are made on your device and never leave it; Google has nothing to do with them.
Signing in with Google proves the name. Your 12-word recovery phrase is still the only way to get your money back, so keep it safe.
Sign in with Google and X are in bWalletX. The App Store and Google Play version, bWallet, doesn't have them yet. Questions: support@bwalletx.com
